Rates are based on four persons in an apartment.
$10.00 per day for each person over 4 persons per day.

Above rates are subject to 7% Florida State Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax.
Parking provided for two cars per villa.
No charge for day guests up to four people per day. Over four people requires prior approval by management.
No charge for local calls.
All villas are non-smoking.
No charge cards accepted.
No pets please. (We'll be happy to recommend nearby boarding facilities.)
