Rates are based on four persons in an apartment.
$55.00 per day for each person over 4 persons per day, $65 during season.
No additional charge for children under 6 years of age.
$400.00 per week deposit requested in advance.
50% of total bill due 30 days before arrival
Above rates are subject to 7% Florida State Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax.
Parking provided for two cars per villa.
No charge for day guests up to four people per day. Over four people requires prior approval by management.
All villas are non-smoking.
We accept credit cards
No daily maid service.
$50 Cleaning fee for guests staying less than one week and holidays.
