Cay Pointe Villa is family owned and operated and is one of the most unique Indian Rocks Beach Hotels in the area. We are home to many four generations guests. Our motto: “Come as a Guest and Leave as Friends”, is true for many families.
We enjoy being small and personal and hosting their family celebrations. While a few are four generation visitors, others are repeat guest with three and many two.
Once our guests find our slice of heaven, they return year after year.
Our office houses their photos, children’s drawings and our web site the pictures they send. We are truly in the people business.
Unique Stories And Lifetime Memories
We will always remember the memorial service for a wonderful woman we all called Mom. Her daughters came back the year following her death to celebrate her life and love for our villas. We held hands on the beach and cried. Everyone needed a late checkout the following day, and we were glad to accommodate.
We watch the young couples develop and grow with their wedding plans. We celebrate with their friends and family and toast their vows on our beautiful beach. Their wedding album photos. say it all! These couples come back for anniversaries, and other special events with family, friends, and future children.
We watch the guest toddlers out-grow the highchairs and ask for the Barbie dolls and/or car sets from the office closet. We encourage them to use our puppets for a show while many guests come to view the show.
Our storms are impressive. Many a rainy day event has been caught on film. Even the most aggressive storms end with rainbows and sunny skies after the storm clears.
It is sometimes a challenge finding reading material for the middle-school children. Many of them have learned to skim board and surf, and in turn, teach those new skills to the children of other families. Many lifelong friendships are developed on our shores.
Since we rake the beach, the beach remains debris free when the tide rise and falls. It is truly a family atmosphere at Cay Pointe when the skies open and the rains commence, even the guest pitch in to bring the beach chairs in from the seawall.
The customer service begins before our guests arrive. Take for instance our international travelers; they know that they can request breakfast items when taking the overnight flight over. This way they don’t have to worry about missing the most important meal of the day.
Cay Pointe Villas is a peaceful place filled with decades of memories. Our goal is for our guests to have the best vacation possible. We simply love what we do.
