- $65.00 per day for each person over 4 persons per day, $75 during season.
- No additional charge for children under 6 years of age.
- $700.00 per week deposit requested in advance.
- Final payments due 1 week prior to arrival.
- Above rates are subject to 7% Florida State Tax plus 6% Hotel Tax.
- Parking Pass Rate $20 per pass. Each villa has two complimentary parking spaces . No exceptions.
- No charge for day guests up to four people per day. Over four people requires prior approval by management.
- The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping.
- We accept credit cards.
- No daily maid service.
- No pets, please.
